We are looking for a passionate person who wants to join our Sales Department, to provide technical expertise in both pre and post-sales, working with the customer from prior to the sale, through delivery and installation. He/she will report to Sales Director. He/she will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (Project management, Support, Finance) to improve the entire customer experience. Besides classic sales skills candidates are required to have technical skills on construction, agriculture or industry equipment. Knowledge of mobile on-board electrical systems and controllers is appreciated. This position requires travel.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Assist the sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and prepare detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer applications/solutions
- May build a mini-application based on customer requirements to demonstrate feasibility of the application, often requiring rapid prototyping and/or product demo for client
- May provide software development and consultation to prospective users and/or product capability assessment and validation
- Ensures that the product application/solution is functioning according to specifications.
- May provide follow-up support to company sales staff and customer personnel by disseminating technical information on specific applications.
- Assess how company products meet customer needs and suggest product specifications for development of customized applications/solutions.
- Develop positive relationships with clients
In order to apply you will need to have the following skills:
- Ability to deliver excellent customer experience
- Excellent organization, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- An ability to deliver projects and achieve objectives
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
- Technical understanding of equipment.
Required experience:
- 3-5 years' experience in relationship with customers
- Technical skills (software development, telematics systems, construction, agriculture, industrial equipment, electronic control systems, telecommunications, CAN bus standard)
- Excellent working knowledge of English
- A qualification in line with the job description is welcome.
