Field Coordinator

My client is a world leader in inline control and inspection systems for the Food & Beverage sectors. Their inspection solutions guarantee the quality and safety of the finished product to both the producer and the consumer, through innovative applications that exploit a wide range of technologies such as laser spectroscopy, X-rays, hyperspectral, artificial vision, etc. In order to expand and strengthen their structure, they are looking for a FIELD COORDINATOR who, reporting to the Service Manager, will take care of project management in the post-sales and installation phases. Main tasks: – Cooperation with the Project Management department to finalize the validation of the on-site machines; – Technical coordination of on-site activities; – Management and closure of pending procedures at the end of the intervention; – Analysis of the intervention report and internal reporting for any upgrades/training/spare parts to be offered; – Evaluation of the need to open customer complaints highlighted by the field and monitoring them, in collaboration with the internal functions concerned (Dispatching, Project Management, Remote Support, Technical Office, Quality); – Management of critical situation (Pre and post intervention). Main requirements: – Degree in Management/Industrial Engineering or equivalent culture deriving from previous work experience of at least 3 years; – Technical background; – English language communication skills; – Spanish language (plus); – Relational and organizational skills, good stress management, good communication skills.
