Supervises and coordinates the activities of the field System Specialists (SyS) engaged in providing service to the Customer. Analyzes with the CSS Manager the field activity, and, in accordance with workloads and budget, seeks customer service improvement. Monitors area performance through a set of CSS indicators and defines with the CSS Manager improvement and development plans. Liaises with other entities (Marketing & Sales) to achieve area results and to follow up with important Clients Main Responsibilities Your Contributions • Collaborates with CSS Manager in order to identify actions and related priorities, based on Customer expectations and for rapid resolution, • – Collaborates with the CSS Manager in defining and implementing operational plans necessary to achieve departmental objectives. • – Performs monitoring of area Service KPIs, ensuring proper management of all Service activities (auto stock, tools, parts returns, apparound, etc); conducts Periodic Meetings (webinars) with External Agencies (where present) to monitor and ensure adequate service level • – Performs Project Management activities on installations until the Customer’s routine deployment. Takes charge of the supply request for the purpose of coordinating with the shipment of instrumentation and being able to proceed to the pre-installation design phase. • – Manages scheduling of installations/uninstallations/replacements with Marketing & Sales, in collaboration with CSC agrees with Customer on installation dates and interfacing with CSC in logistics involvement. • – Monitors instrumentation performance in assigned territory by identifying any critical issues and proposing action plans to support. Qualifications Experience Personal Strengths Mobility You Education Techinical Background. Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Biology or Engineering. – Experience 3-5 years in the role (preferred) Knowledge of DS tools Advanced knowledge of the office package Skills Ability to manage and coordinate a team Networking with others in the same function and at different levels Synthesis skills Analytical skills Languages Knowledge of the English language is a PLUS Travel Availability Within the area of assignment or in other areas for company courses/events J-18808-Ljbffr
