To accelerate its further growth, ChargeGuru is strengthening its team and looking for a Finance Operations Specialist in Milan, Italy. Your mission Accounting Take the lead on finance-related tasks and invoicing Act as point of contact for the tax consultant external office Ensure a timely cash collection from customers, follow-up and escalate if necessary Analyze, control and report financials to the management Sourcing Purchase equipment at our suppliers and ensure on-time deliveries and payments Negotiate framework agreements with suppliers & partners Administration Take the lead on administrative and organizational topics Act as a point of contact for the payroll consultant Manage office-related topics Master the daily business to ensure a smooth business Add Value Contribute by bringing in new ideas on how to improve our business: e.g. digital finance processes, incentives for Customers Your profile BA degree (“Laurea”) or higher with focus in finance and business administration Min 1 or 2 years experience in a role with financial focus Good communication skills, also in English to interact with other countries Superpowers Passion for numbers and high analytical skills Ambitious, eager to learn, grow and succeed in a startup environment Highly organized, self-starter and self-motivator with an attention to details J-18808-Ljbffr
