Finance Transformation Director

Descrizione azienda Our client is an international growing company (italian hq). We’re looking for a Finance Transformation Director. Reporting to the Group CFO the profile will be in charge on the following responsabilities: Posizione -Financial Strategy Development: Collaborating with the company’s leadership to develop a financial transformation and integration strategy that supports the company’s global objectives. -Project Management: Planning, coordinating, and overseeing financial transformation and integration projects. This may include corporate mergers and acquisitions, financial system integration, financial process optimization, and more. -Financial Process Analysis: Analyzing existing financial processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Defining and implementing solutions to optimize financial processes. -System Integration: Collaborating with IT teams to ensure proper integration of financial systems during corporate mergers and acquisitions. Ensuring accurate and accessible financial data. -Change Management: Managing organizational change associated with financial transformation, including staff training and effective communication to ensure the adoption of new financial practices. -Budget Control: Developing and managing the budget for financial transformation and integration projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation. -Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments, such as Human Resources, IT, Operations, and Legal, to ensure that financial transformation aligns with overall business needs. -Project Management: Coordinate the implementation of management systems (accounting and reporting) and IT (Navision) across all group companies. Requisiti Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree may be preferred;Significant experience (typically at least 7-10 years) in finance and change management roles, with specific experience in financial transformation and integration projects. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with various business functions and communicate financial strategies. Ability to define clear and measurable objectives and work toward achieving them.Advanced analytical skills to assess financial processes and develop solutions.Ability to adapt to a multicultural business environment Fluency in English and or Spanish/French is required. The role will be based in Treviso or FC. Salary package will be commisurated to the experience. Dirigente.
