Your Responsibilities You will: Collaborate with site leadership, cross-functional teams and employees to create a E2E system based on continuous improvement and able to sustain the site value chain Manage and support the design of new Supply Chain flow Collect information from manufacturing processes (Equipment list, operation duration…) Update Recipes: Bill of Material Bill of Routing and coordinate the execution of changes in production Evaluate Financial aspects and impacts, develop effective change management strategies Coordinate data cleansing on the system (process orders, quality lots, PO) Update Material master data and validate the data model Prepare training on the new SAP module for end users Run MPS by product chains: (Active Ingredients Intermediates) Run MPS Cycles on product chains Assist users in managing daily problems encountered after the go-live We offer a 12 months fixed-term contract. EUROAPI is listed on Euronext Paris. The EUROAPI Italy facility is a vast production site with over 240 workers located in the industrial area of Brindisi with a history dating back to 1966. EUROAPI Italy is specialized in the development and manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), including antibiotics, corticosteroids, and other intermediates by large scale fermentation under GMP conditions. The Brindisi site produces approximately 200 tons of different molecules per year and hosts a Development Science & Innovation (DS&I) biotechnological center. It is approved by the main health authorities and owns environment and workplace safety certifications. Our Requirements Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent. 1/3 years’ experience in supply chain management, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector Have to good knowledge of supply chain management topics: knowledge of the sales management and operations planning (S&OP) process Excellent knowledge of ERP, including SAP Nice to have Lean Sixsigma certification Excellent knowledge MS Excel Fluent English (written and spoken) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
