The Fleet Zone Manager works within the Sales Fleet team reporting to the Fleet & Used Car Senior Manager and supports his/her manager in ensuring that on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis the assigned business channel consistently and profitably meets vehicle sales quotas and revenues, in a highly competitive work environment. S/he maintains and develops long-term relationships with Kia Dealers. S/he represents the brand and provides excellent customer service to the customer base. He works to develop and increase Kia Renting and B2B volumes for his area. Main responsabilities: The Fleet Zone Manager is responsible to achieve, for the Dealer Fleet channels and Kia Renting, the monthly, quarterly and annual Sales targets. S/he proposes volumes recovery actions, and drafts and executes strategic deals with Kia Dealers. S/he will focus on supporting the Kia Business Centers and other Dealers of his area on B2B Business. S/he supports Kia Dealers to plan, implement and monitor Commercial animation, car promotion and test drive activity on the B2B customers of his area. S/he develops and maintains a reporting deck that covers: Competitors’ activity, to enable KIt to set up the most appropriate strategies on the market Total cost of Ownership on Kia’s models KPI’s for the Sales and Marketing initiatives undertaken on the relevant channel S/he acts as a Business consultant for the Kia Dealers on B2B Business. What we are looking for The ideal candidate is accurate, reliable and target oriented, willing to work in a very dynamic and challenging environment. S/he is a very good planner with analytical skills. S/he has also a proactive approach and a problem-solving attitude. Requirements: The ideal candidate has a 3-4 years of experience in automotive industry. Education: Degree in business administration or other relevant degree Skills: Italian: fluent, spoken and written English: fluent, spoken and written MS-office proficient, with excellent Excel and PPT skills Planning or analysis experience is required Sound knowledge of annual reports/financial reporting The position will be based in Milan and we offer a permanent contract.
