For our offices based in Milan, we are looking for a Foreign countries administration specialist with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities & Duties For some entities within the Group, the candidate will: Look after all the administrative and accounting processes (invoicing, intercompany reconciliations, month-end and year-end journals, accruals, cash collection, etc.); Prepare quarterly reports in accordance with IFRS and Group accounting policies; Support the local accountant in all day-by-day tasks; Support the local consultant during the year-end financial statement preparation; Support the audit firm during annual audit activities; Support the internal audit function during their periodical controls; Be the main point of contact between the Corporate Departments, based in Milan, and the employees based locally; Manage the cash needs of the entities in scope; Actively participate to the roll-out of the Group Treasury system in Sweden and Norway. Key Requirements 3 years of experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of IFRS Strong knowledge of accounting and financial rules and principles Knowledge of general tax rules Knowledge of basic cash management rules Good knowledge of a complex ERP and Treasury tools (a prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Piteco will be considered a plus) English fluent is mandatory, the knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus. What do we expect from you? For the entities in scope, manage autonomously all the accounting tasks, cash needs and the reporting activities; Support Directors and headquarters departments in managing all the day-by-day issues.
