The Franchising Area Manager, will support the Franchising team to manage, maintain, and develop the franchising network across the EMEA Region using a “retail oriented” approach, according to the brand strategy. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for budgets at door and category level, taking into consideration sell through results and sales potential; Full control of the assortment for each store to make sure the proper image will be represented, and the specific needs of each market covered, mirroring retail network; Sell out results analysis on a weekly basis for each store/partner, coordinating swaps and reorders according to specific needs; Monitor of shipments and payments in collaboration with customer service and credit department in order to ensure the achievement of the invoicing targets; Seasonal product and selling techniques trainings to staff, ensuring the correct level of knowledge on new collections; Interaction with marketing team ensuring that seasonal investments from partners are meeting global brand guidelines and contractual obligations; Continuous cooperation with visual, merchandising, store planning teams to ensure the needs of the channel are covered; Product and competition analysis for the reference markets; Frequent market visits. Profile: 3-5 years’ experience as Franchising Area Manager within a Fashion Luxury Company; Strong knowledge of the peculiarity of the Franchising Channel; Established relationships and knowledge of key partners can be a distinctive advantage; Strong analytical skills and knowledge of excel; Product and competition awareness; Strong organizational and communication skills; Ability to work on tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment; Entrepreneurial flair and ability to work effectively independently; Commercial and confident decision making; Very good knowledge of IT System; Availability and flexibility to travel.
