Full stack Software Architect

Client Description: Our Client is one of the most important Banking Group, Unicredit. SW Architect is responsible for establish an architectural vision for a collection of our capabilities, and collaborate with the Development, QA, and Product leaders of those capabilities to plan for and execute on that vision working to design and provide technical guidance to the implementation of solutions leveraging on Front-End and Back-End technologies. This role will ensure the implementation of technical standard providing advice to administrators and application developers in order to grant the configuration of robust solutions. A SW Architect also identify the optimal solution from a business requirement and recommend using clicks, code, or a combination of both depending on the business use case. In addition to the required proven developer and/or architect expertise in FE/BE Software development initiatives, an ICT Architect also needs soft skills like communication, teamwork, critical thinking, technical negotiation, technical challenge, ICT and project risk awareness, reporting and summarizing abilities. An ICT Architect should also be able to think through the underlying causes of problems and incidents of designed ICT solutions, as well as to possible resolutions. Responsibilities: Understand Business Requirements and support the definition of architectural/functional/technical requirements Facilitate technical negotiations among relevant ICT stakeholders Provide technical guidance to project and application development team Ensure standardization of adopted solutions Investigate architectural strategies to support complex product evolutions Experience state-of-the-art technologies to support software evolution Report technical misalignment and escalate project and ICT risks Provide support to root cause analysis of designed ICT solutions in case of incidents/problems in productive environments Compile architectural documentation and reports Partner with development teams to build scalable, sustainable, maintainable and secure software Influence, communicate and lead technology and design decisions Develop a deep understanding of the business context around the product and see the application not only as a developer, but also from the perspective of a user. Build quick proof of concepts which demonstrate the solution capabilities to a wide set of stakeholders Candidate Profile: Demonstrable experience working as a FE Developer or BE Developer or Full-Stack Developer or Software Solutions Architect, designing / developing enterprise-grade scalable software solutions Experience as a solution architect or software engineer or technical leader or Full-Stack developer Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD (Jenkins) Strong understanding of FE framework (e.g. React, Angular, Vue etc) or BE framework (e.g. Java 8/11, Springboot, Spring Statemachine, JPA, Java EE, Microprofile, Quarkus etc) or both Understanding of microservice architecture and container orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes, Docker) Basic knowledge of main cloud providers (AWS, Google, Azure) Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities Deliverable orientation Risk adverse mindset Ability to work independently Fluent in English and Italian Knowledge and/or experience on Banking and Financial domain is desirable
