Seed to Skin is a rapidly expanding natural skincare luxury brand. Produced in our in-house state of the art lab at the Borgo Santo Pietro estate in Tuscany, Seed to Skin is a unique skincare range expertly formulated by combining natural ingredients with advanced molecular science to harness the true power of nature. SCOPE OF THE ROLE Responsible for overseeing and managing Retail, Spa and eCommerce business partnerships, Seed to Skin Laboratory and Warehouse and Seed to Skin training department. Set targets and develop P and L to contribute to the profitable growth of the Company. Ensure the utmost levels of customer service is upheld at all touch points of the business. REPORTING TO: Seed to Skin Founders and working closely with CFO KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Develop a strong understanding of Seed to Skin markets, customer needs and competition. With this understanding, identify international regions which team should approach and target Spas which are well suited. Implement a sales strategy that will support the continued international growth of the Company and ensure they are managed to increase market share. Feedback to the Marketing Division to benchmark competitors and identify opportunities for product differentiation. Evaluate each business opportunity with respect to financial value, licensing logistics, strategic fit, culture fit and risk profile. Ensure the Seed to Skin is effectively represented at trade shows, corporate presentations and on sales visits to network and conduct market research. Develop T&Cs and negotiate contracts with potential Clients, managing communication along with sales team right through until opening in order to conclude a successful partnership. Ensure and monitor that all business enquiries regarding the sale of Seed to Skin products are effectively responded to and follow up is performed. Maximise new sales revenue and optimise profitability by analysing statistics and monitoring performance in all areas. Position is based in Florence Italy. Must be able to live in Florence vicinity. CANDIDATE PROFILE A highly presentable and articulate individual with a firm understanding of five-star environments. Fluent in English and preferably some Italian Strong management experience with a luxury brand or hospitality organisation. Experience of retail or sales within the skincare or beauty industry is beneficial. Proven track record of identifying and presenting new business opportunities. Demonstrated ability to deliver sales, profit, and market share goals from an international perspective. Highly motivated individual with a strong business acumen โ a self-starter Flexible attitude towards changing goals. Strong and effective negotiation, communication, and presentation skills across all organisational levels.
