Role Purpose Act as the main focal point and coordinator between HR, Finance, Payroll and the equity global vendor of the group. The Compensation and Benefits Analyst will also manage and administer the applicable employment regulations, benefits and compensation policies, human resource procedures, and collective agreements. She/he will take ownership of the Group’s internal levelling, benchmarking, and ensuring that salaries are aligned to their relevant markets. Support the Compensation and Benefits Director in managing the annual compensation cycles and other cross company rewards programs. Administration of communications and ensuring everyone has an understanding of the company’s reward programme. Main tasks Ownership of the company global equity administration: Maintenance of all equity plans data integrity, including reporting. Administer employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans and employee recognition schemes. Supporting the design, engagement and roll-out of the group rewards initiatives including policy and frameworks, process, communication, technology, and training Work collaboratively to improve process performance by solving problems and identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities. Competencies and skills Excellent organisational and time management skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. High level of skills in Excel, i.e. macros, pivot tables etc. Proficiency in HRIS, ideally SuccessFactors, and other HR-related software applications. Excellent communication skills in both English and Italian – written and verbal. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with complete professionalism. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret compensation and benefits and provide meaningful insights. Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle employee-related issues tactfully and diplomatically. Knowledge and experience required Bachelors’ degree in human resources, business administration or other related field Previous experience with global grading and benchmarking Knowledge of Italian and other European labour laws, regulations, and industry-specific requirements Specific experience working in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry is essential as is excellence knowledge of the national collective bargaining agreement of the chemical and pharmaceutical industry and of the ‘Dirigenti Industria’ Strong understanding and experience of payroll processes and relevant software systems (preferably ADP) Main interactions Finance and accounting teams, HR Reporting & Analysis Lead, Director of Compensation and Benefits, local HR teams and managers. “ At Recordati, we believe in equal opportunities and we guarantee that everyone can achieve their potential.
