What we are looking for Amplifon is seeking a senior professional interested in having an impact in our Global Talent Center of Excellence (CoE), working in our Talent Attraction and Retention team. This team is responsible for Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition and Listening activities at global level, defining strategies, designing processes and implementing tools to effectively address these areas. What does a Global Employer Branding, Talent Attraction & Retention Manager do? Well, every day it’s a never-ending discovery, because this role requires applying a fresh look and an innovative approach to everything, but there are specific accountabilities, such as: Managing the Employer Value Proposition of the company , both towards candidates and employees, to ensure all our activities are aligned to our people’s offer. Running campaigns, together with Global Communication team, to attract the most talented students and professionals , differentiating channels and messages. Measuring the impact of our Employer Branding activities , to define improvement actions. Guiding our 25 Countries in successfully hiring the profiles required for the growth of the organization. Investing in our Listening processes , to collect information from the whole employee life-cycle and identify trends to be addressed, above all to increase retention. Enhancing current tools and scouting the market to find solutions that can improve our recruiting operations. Our HR department is a highly digitized, fast paced global function, and you will play a key role in the development of our processes. We are obsessed with the experience we can provide to our candidates and colleagues to assure they can exploit their unique talent. With this role, success invariably involves collaborating with multiple internal teams, and external creative agencies. The key will be quickly understanding our competitive challenges and finding the best solutions to address global and local needs in a complex organization. If you’re already thinking about strategic talent attraction campaigns, content creation and how to bring the employer brand story to life, this could be the right opportunity for you Requirements : University Degree You have previous experience both in recruiting and in employer branding , or also a marketing background You are a confident, experienced Talent Manager, comfortable with having responsibility over global processes in a complex environment. Experience in a fast-paced ecosystem where strong conceptual and problem-solving skills are required. Sound analytical skills, data-based decisions, KPIs definition and management You are data-oriented, you constantly review data to understand what is happening inside and outside of the organization, identifying improvement actions. You are curious and creative, always looking at new ways of doing things, open to test and quickly learn from mistakes. Comfortable in using technology and constantly challenge the status quo also through it. Ability to interact with multiple leaders within an organization and creating a network of potential partners outside it You strongly believe that a high level of diversity creates high performing teams and companies Fluent English (other languages will be considered a plus) Work Location: Milan (global HQ).
