About the role

Global IoT Product Manager – Experienced Product Management professional, responsible to develop product and service strategy to build a robust and innovative Internet of Things (IoT) ecosystem. Responsible for prioritizing projects and identifying opportunities of improvement to enhance Product Management performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop product and service strategy to build a robust and innovative Internet of Things (IoT) ecosystem, based on a deep understanding of customers and markets, business objectives and strategies.
  • Define the product vision and strategy, managing the life cycle, creating and spreading the product culture.
• Define, through company formats, the specifications of the new product, connected apps and the business plan that supports the development proposal within the Company.
• Monitor competition, collects macroeconomics, industry and target market information to forecast market size.
• Deal with the pricing and profitability of the product/service.
• Tracks product/service development and effectively manage a product or service category's life cycle and ensure profitability.
• Constantly monitor sales performances of the product lines under its responsibility, analyzing any deviations from the plan, understanding the causes and identifying the necessary corrective actions.
• Develop the product/service launch plan, in coordination with the Marketing, Communication and Service functions.
• Take care of the development of the documentary and commercial part of the product
• Collaborate with the managers of the project lines of the various areas, both internal and external to the company (R&D Department, Program Manager, Operations, Customer Service, etc.).
• Actively participate in the multi-functional and multinational product development team.
• Collaborate in the drafting of the annual budget and periodic forecasts.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering or Economics.
• 5+ years of working experience in similar roles on an international company.
• Fluent in English (C1), another European language would be a plus.
• Enthusiastic, proactive attitude and curiosity
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Willing to travel up to 15%
