Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Global Marketing Quality Lead (Anywhere in Europe) role will make an impact: Key responsibilities for this role include: Develops and Implements the Global Marketing Quality System Builds and Leads a Team of Quality Specialists Generates and maintains the Global Marketing Quality Manual Proactively collaborates with GMKTG Leadership, identifies stakeholders and interviews subject matter experts at all levels of the organization to create/revise Global Marketing Policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Job Aids, workflows and processes that are in accordance with company governance documents, procedures, and industry association standards Works closely with the Global/Regional Compliance Department to develop standard processes for the business Ensures the implementation of Global Marketing Policies, SOPs and Job Aids (e.g. training, compliance monitoring) at global and local level Develops functional training plans and ensures training compliance Oversees and enforces Quality Control and Quality Assurance for Global Marketing processes Implements and manages all quality activities related to Global Marketing processes (quality reviews, quality committee meetings, quality reports, quality KPIs/ metrics, etc.) Develops and manages a Corrective Action Preventive Action process for Global Marketing (including CAPA management and oversight) Generates periodic quality management reports Facilitates client/internal audits and health authority inspections in cooperation with the responsible GxP Quality Function (e.g. GCP, GMP, GVP) Works across the various functional areas to drive quality initiatives Positively influences all levels of management across the organization to ensure that process improvement activities receive the necessary support and are adequately resourced to ensure the proper and timely implementation of solutions Establishes collaborative partnerships with other members of the GMKTG leadership team to better understand their needs and align on future requirements (i.e. standardization of business processes) The minimum qualifications for this role are: Advanced degree (e.g., M.S., M.B.A., PharmD.) preferred in science field and previous experience working in pharmaceutical industry Prior experience in Commercial/ Marketing areas preferred Substantial Quality Management experience required including minimum of 2-5 years in Quality Assurance, Quality Management and/or Quality Auditing In-depth understanding of Quality Management principles (ICH Q9/Q10, ISO 9001:2015) Prior line management experience preferred Strong commitment to quality, business ethics and data integrity, as well as compliance with applicable regulations and standards High level of accuracy & quality Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills (Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English is required) Strong time management, organizational & planning skills Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across boundaries A t Viatris, we offer competitive salar ies , benefits and an inclusive environment where you can use your experiences, perspectives and skills to help make an impact on the lives of others.
