Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity available for a Global Marketplace E-Business Manager based in our Milan HQ. The successful candidate will be part of the E-commerce department reporting to the Global E-Business Director. Main Activities And Responsibilities Responsible for business and P/L in relation to the direct marketplace. Management of the DG E-Business strategy on the direct marketplace (Farfetch, 24S and future players). Support in elaborating commercial strategies for all main seasonal themes, special projects, calendar, etc… in close collaboration with both, HQ and marketplace teams. Coordination of all needed activities to carry out all commercial and media calendar projects, in collaboration with internal and external teams. Management of commercial, marketing and media investments. Market and benchmark research to always find new commercial opportunities for the specific regions. Closely collaborate with Business, Store & Content, Merchandising and Regional teams to make sure to flawlessly carry out all the activities to support the local strategies and the business. Support operations related to maintaining marketplace business. Monitoring main KPIs on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, to make sure business goals are fully reached. Key Requirements & Competencies University degree in economics, business administration, e-commerce or a closely related field. At least 10 years’ experience in the same role. Fluent in English. Strong analytical skills, target oriented and data driven mindset. Excellent team working attitude and great communication skills. C-Level communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally and with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Location: Italy, Milan J-18808-Ljbffr
