Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity available for a Retail CRM Senior Analyst based in our HQ Milan. The successful candidate will be part of the Global Retail CRM & Client Development team.
Main Activities & Responsibilities
- Be the main point of referent for the Global CRM Reporting Activities
- Collect feedbacks from Regions to enhance weekly and monthly Dashboards, monthly KPIs book and one-off analysis
- Guarantee an overview of global systems and integrations with regional ones
- Lead the Omnichannel Project Management (DMP set-up, Marketing Automation, and CRM Data Model)
- Oversee database quality (data deduplication, super-ratio, profiles merging, single customer view)
- Define yearly CRM KPIs targets at a worldwide and regional level
- Regularly review monthly KPIs analysis and dashboards
- Create Regional CRM KPIs competitions
- Provide CRM Induction from a Reporting standpoint
- Facilitate Retail Tools development and maintenance, working closely with other Global departments
- Be involved with Customer Journey development
- Support the inclusion of marketing comments to Actionable Analysis to gain a qualitative follow-up to the Regions
- Ensure awareness of legal topics related to CRM activities
- Build strong working relationships with the ICT department
- Support on Budget & Auditing
Key Requirements & Competencies
- Work experience in retail CRM of at least 5 years, preferably in the luxury industry
- Strong and proven analytical background
- Previous consultancy experience is a plus
- Microsoft dynamic and power BI knowledge
- Fluency in Excel
- Fluency in English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Flexibility and ability to adapt/multitasking and cope with uncertainty in a fast-moving environment
- Strong attention to details
- Leadership and organisational skills
- Proactivity and problem solving attitude
