Join the team and start a better life for yourself.” • Work closely with the Logistics Manager and the Sales and Supply Support Manager to secure a living capacity plan and an effective, qualitative, and efficient goods flow process. This includes goods receiving, replenishment and order fulfilment and enables an excellent customer shopping experience through excellent product quality, commercial merchandising and on time order fulfilment. • Contribute with relevant goods flow input and feedback to the local business plan and logistics action plan and ensure that these actions are implemented in the goods receiving- replenishment and order fulfilment processes. • Accountable for leading the store goods flow team and work in collaboration with Customer relations and ESPs (External Service Providers)/TSPs (Transport Service Providers), and the store Commercial Team to secure the highest goods availability to enable customer order fulfilment at the lowest possible cost. • Responsible to secure close cooperation and strong communication with various transport planning departments in order to optimize the Inbound and Outbound deliveries. What you’ll need to have • A previous experience in coordinating a team • Good knowledge of store fulfilment performance monitoring, influencing factors, resource planning in accordance with potential sales scenarios. • Good knowledge of effective and efficient Supply Chain methods, commercial merchandising principles that make it easy and attractive to shop. • Ability to work closely with the commercial team to maximize sales opportunities • Ability to reflect and find value and ideas in collaborating with others and ability to inspire and engage others while being business-minded and having a clear customer focus. • Ability to work together as a team and to engage your co-workers by creating a passion for your plans and the objectives to achieve. • Capability to lead in the unknown and transforming environment and to collaborate with different stakeholders. • Capability to optimize outbound flows in order to grant an outstanding omni-channel customer experience • Ability to manage a high-volume and vibrant retail business in a fast-changing multichannel environment and to make things happen with flexibility, speed and simplicity. • Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in both English and Italian.
