Job Responsibility Participate and/or lead the transformation projects within client organizations, guiding Transformation Analysts in successful development and delivery of the project deliverables Participate and/or lead the projects that may be related to Governance of strategic initiatives, target operating model design, process design and optimization, benchmarking, evolutionary roadmap and automation potential assessment Act as a Stream Lead or Project Lead, having full accountability for high quality deliverables with minimum guidance Utilize your process and technology expertise to provide improvement recommendations and propose the solutions to steer clients in their transformation journey. Interact with the corresponding Client Subject Matter Experts and collaborate with Client in order to complete the assigned deliverables Facilitate client meetings within or outside of own business area, driving towards consensus and agreement of all stakeholders Actively build valuable relationships with joint team members and with clients at peer level Interact with Client Stakeholders to drive project delivery Actively engage on pursuits, bids, and up-sell opportunities developing impactful content and demonstrating commercial awareness/acumen. Develop proposals and present them to clients Your expertise · 3 years of experience (Consultant or Senior Consultant) in Digital Transformation, Governance and Processes · Knowledge of Operating Model capabilities · Strong consulting experience · Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall operating model, plus Bi-modal delivery approaches · Cross-Industry expertise · Structured method and approach to cope with international and complex environment · Knowledge of ITIL v4 processes and Service Management is a plus · Strong stakeholder management · Excellent communication, client management and negotiation skills · Fluent English, written and spoken J-18808-Ljbffr
