Technical Asset Manager/PV Specialist – Milan You will be responsible for overseeing the recently acquired portfolios and ensuring that all permits and documents are in place, and valid and that this company’s plants (Solar Parks) meet the applicable requirements. Primary task Technical reporting linked to financing projects Supervision of Technical Operation and Maintenance Activities Technical lead on performance analysis of the plants Assurance of site security (video surveillance, local security guard,…) Data room organization Technical support to the internal staff and external consultants Ordinary and extraordinary site inspections, including H&S checks Technical lead on retrofit, repowering, and other tech capex initiatives (inverter and modules retrofit, monitoring system, etc.)Support technical aspects during claim management (Insurance, Manufacturer Warranty, O&M Contract) Monitor and validate technical solutions Contribute in drafting contracts (EPC and O&M) Revenues periodical verification Ensure that all documents are in order Support of technical Due Diligence of New Plants including construction supervision where applicable General expectations of competencies and experience Graduated as energy/electrical/mechanical engineer 2-3 years of experience in the renewable sector (photovoltaic is considered a plus), knowledge of main grid requirements and data networks Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and thriving with distance management Master Italian and English language at a full professional level both verbally and in writing Commercial Asset Manager, Italy (x2) Primary task We are now recruiting an Asset Manager to join our Commercial team in Milan, the ideal candidate must have the following requirements: Commercial and Financial Asset Management services Management of relationships with institutional agencies (GSE, E-distribution etc.) Procuring, obtaining and maintaining relevant insurances, including liaising with insurers as required; Liaising with Technical Asset Managers who are responsible for the effective supervision, and monitoring of the operation and maintenance services in order to maximize generation revenues; Preparing monthly/quarterly unaudited management reports in respect of the relevant projects Forecasting and managing project cash flows, including approving any project related expenses Providing financial management services, including management, maintenance and upgrading of the project financial model; Maintain and clean up master data to ensure a consistent overview of all relevant contracts As a part of the controlling team, you will get 8 close colleagues.
