OUR OFFER FOR YOU: In order to sustain our rapid growth, we are looking for a “Grant specialist” to further enforce our “Global Investment and Innovation Incentives (G i 3 )” team. Being part of the G i 3 team, you will: · Build client relationships and gain an in-depth understanding of their R&D, innovation and sustainability priorities and intellectual property (IP) strategy; · Deploy your specialist knowledge on regional, national, and European cash grants by guiding your clients in the set-up of a grant strategy to support your clients’ ambitions; · Provide hands-on assistance to your clients with the preparation and submission of regional, national, and European grant proposals; · Monitor trends in regional, national, and European cash grants landscape and share your expertise knowledge with our team and clients; · Develop new business for our service line by attracting new clients; · Leverage and continuously grow your network with relevant internal and external stakeholders; · Drive quality and productivity of your client engagement teams by managing and coaching your team members; · Stay up to date with the most recent innovations, industry insights and business drivers within your area of expertise. OUR REQUIREMENTS: You are a suitable candidate if: · You have obtained a scientific or engineering master or PhD degree; · You have, preferably, between 2 to 4 years of experience; · You have gained at least 2 years of experience in the acquisition process of regional, national, and European cash grants, or in writing technical/scientific publications and reports in an academic, industrial and/or business consulting environment; · You are interested in exploring latest developments and innovations within different industries; · You are willing to develop your business acumen through extensive interactions with companies belonging to several industries, as well as with public authorities; · You are able to translate very fuzzy ideas and visions into tangible deliverables; · You have good analytical skills and you are pragmatic in your solutioning skills with an eye for quality; · You are a client-oriented person with entrepreneurial skills; · You are a proactive learner and adapt quickly in a fast moving environment; · You are intellectually curious and want to work with clients who are developing innovative and state of the art technologies; · You thrive in a consultancy environment and like working in a team; · You have good communication skills and like to meet new people; · You have excellent people management and development skills with a strong focus on team growth; · You’re fluent in English.
