Candidati come Group Client Solutions and Financial Services Processes Audit Specialist Job ID 7365 UniCredit S.p.A Professional Audit Full-time Contatto The structure is responsible for carrying out audit activities on financial processes related to short, medium and long-term treasury management and on investment banking processes of UniCredit S.p.A. and of the other Legal Entities of the Group (connected to products and services offered to corporate clients and Financial Institutions). The structure also carries out the steering and coordination of the CAE of UniCredit Factoring, that has outsourced to the Holding Company the execution of internal audit services, whose activities are coordinated also using the collaboration/support of the Group Risks Specialist (RS) structures, within the Internal Audit function. What you’ll be doing Main responsibility is carrying out audit activities on financial and treasury management processes, including the contribution processes of the main reference indices (e.g. Euribor), on investment banking processes (with specific reference to the products and services offered to Corporate customers and Financial Institutions by the structures of Group Client Risk Management, Group Specialized Lending, Group Investment & Protection Products, Group Advisory & Capital Markets, Group Trade & Correspondent Banking and Group Payments Solutions) as well as on the middle office and back office/post trade activities regarding processes of competence What you’ll need to succeed More than 5 years of experience in audit activities with senior role and interaction with Corporate Bodies, Senior Management and Regulators in Multinational Banking Groups In-depth knowledge of and audit experience in: Operational processes typical of Investment Banks; Proprietary trading and distribution process of investment banking products to corporate clients; Financial instruments involved in the Investment Banking Business (Securities, Derivatives Instruments, financing) Treasury, finance and ALM processes Post trading activities Advisory and Capital Markets business Structured finance Trade Finance Degree: Economics Tools: Knowledge of pricing functions; Knowledge and use of Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters; Soft Skills Problem solving attitude and project management; Good oral and written communication skills (active, assertive, clear and synthetic); Availability to travel What you’ll get in return People are our greatest asset, thanks to their diverse experiences, skills and perspectives.
