The role designed for you You will join our growing Compliance & Internal Audit team at Group level, based in Milan. You will actively participate in the development of the Internal Audit & Compliance function Group-wide, contributing to the definition of the Compliance program and the deployment, monitoring and reporting of the new Audit plan You will act as a promoter in change management projects related to Audit & Compliance, being exposed to different geographical areas and hierarchical levels of the organization You will participate in the execution of risk based Audit Plan You will actively participate ERM project You will define and draft periodic reporting for the Top Management and supervisory bodies You will collaborate cross functionally and cross geographically to monitor and follow-up on existing corrective actions You will ensure implementation of corrective actions supporting business in strengthening the internal control system The Attitudes And Skills We’re Looking For You have a Degree in Economics on related fields You have gained 2-5 years’ experience as Auditor/Compliance Specialist from leading Consulting firms or within structured multinational Groups You have basic knowledge of anti-corruption and D.Lgs. 231/200, while your knowledge of SAP would be considered a plus You are able to communicate effectively with different entities/functions and to understand internal clients’ expectations and needs You know how to shift from analysis to synthesis according to what the context requires You are open towards improvement and able to think “outside the box”, willing to bring a data/AI mindset to simplify processes and tools You are willing to travel across Group locations (Italy and abroad) Your English and Italian are proficient, wile other languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, French, Mandarin will be considered a huge plus What You Can Expect From Our Selection Process You will meet the HR Business Partner and the Group Compliance Officer and Chief Internal Auditor.
