Job Description Generali Group Marketing builds a differentiating brand for the company through a series of strategic initiatives intended to become Generali the preferred 1st choice for Customers, Distributors, Employees and other stakeholders. The Brand team is in charge of developing and implementing Group’s brand strategy and strengthening Generali’s brand equity, designing and maintaining brand identity guidelines to ensure consistent implementation across all Business Lines. Guiding brand visibility activities, based on business requirements, and steering and implementing rebranding activities. Within this unit we have an exciting opportunity for an exceptionally talented & creative graphic designer with a strong business acumen who will act as an in-house Art Director. The in-house Art Director will have global responsibility for creating an engaging & consistent Brand look & feel across all channels & assets. The successful candidate will work closely with our Group CMO, Head of Brand and other members of our marketing team to develop & execute projects for multiple media to include print, digital, and video multimedia/motion graphics. The main task of the position is translating business/marketing ideas to design ideas/concepts and then producing engaging internal & external marketing collaterals for a variety of Generali marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities: Responsible for Developing & Designing all Generali Brand Assets: Depending on the time of the year, the work will include Event Look & Feel, Presentations, Infographics, Digital newsletters, Stickers etc. Generali Logo creation (e.g. Internal employees initiatives; Global Events; co-branding and partnership initiatives) Creative, Layout and visual design implementation Manage & Supervise external vendors Digital tools support (Generali website, portal and Apps) Quality check according to Generali Brand Guidelines Support to local teams in design projects Requirements Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: Excellent graphic design skills Strong knowledge of Brand Identity, Design concepts, pre-press knowledge for printing process and online design capabilities Full knowledge of digital design – e-mail/webpage template development Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Creature Suite Expertise in typography, layout and colour palettes Strong creative portfolio demonstrating examples of previous work Soft Skills: High-energy: positive self-starter, willing to go above and beyond Creative influencer: out of the box thinker with excellent design skills to inspire visually Attention for details: exceptional attention to detail and an eye for design Entrepreneurial: displays ownership.
