We are seeking a skilled and driven Growth Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. As a Growth Marketing Specialist, your primary mission will be to generate a steady stream of high-quality leads for our sales team in the B2B space. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base, increasing revenue, and driving the company’s growth. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation strategy focused on acquiring new B2B clients in the payment and fintech industry. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target markets, key industries, and potential customer segments. Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation activities with overall marketing campaigns and objectives. Funnel Optimization: Support in the evolution of lead tracking systems and CRM tools to monitor and measure the effectiveness of lead generation activities. Analyze and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies to enhance lead generation efforts. Collaborate with the sales team to align lead nurturing activities with the buyer’s journey and sales process. Digital Marketing and Campaign Management: Develop and manage targeted digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising. Create compelling marketing collateral, landing pages, and sales materials to engage potential B2B clients and drive lead conversions. Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and optimize campaigns based on data insights to maximize lead generation results. Lead Tracking and Reporting: Implement lead tracking systems and CRM tools to monitor and measure the effectiveness of lead generation activities. Generate regular reports on lead generation performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations for improvement. Present reports and insights to key stakeholders, including senior management and the sales team. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Growth Specialist or similar role in startups Proven experience in managing B2B lead generation campaigns, with minimum management of 300k annually in paid channels. Solid understanding of B2B lead generation strategies, techniques, and best practices. AI experts to leverage new technologies for growth. Proficiency in other digital marketing channels, including content marketing, and paid advertising. Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and lead tracking software. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and interpret data to drive informed decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with key partners. Results-driven mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets. Knowledge of the payment and fintech industry, market trends, and competitive landscape. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong interest in the world of AI and how it can be used to make work more efficient. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
