ROLE PURPOSE: Responsibility for client data collection processes, Data Quality Management, monitoring, and coaching. ROLE REQUIREMENTS: Client Data Collection: Support data collection projects to create new opportunity for our clients to join the Gucci community Reason: increase Brand visibility and offer the possibility to collect client data, support the collection of new potential clients. Constant monitoring of harmonized processes of data capture/enrichment/data quality trough the different touchpoints available at corporate level, store level and online Reason: through a constant monitoring of data collected, corrective actions of data collection and enrichment enable the growing of the customer data quality starting from the sources. With the current experience, we noted that each region has specific peculiarities to consider enabling a proper collection and enrichment of demographic, contacts and qualitative information. Data Quality: Support data quality and contactability projects working with Privacy and Compliance team Reason: a constant improvement of the data quality, increase the reliability of customer data and the contactability of them. Support regions to run the rules and collect their continuous feedback to highlight the needed enhancements Reason: with DQM, we found needs of improvements mainly in Asian countries in managing the cleansing of the contacts and customer deduplication. Manage the periodical review and support all regions in running the activities for data cleaning and deduplication coordinating the Data Steward team across regions Reason: the coordination and coaching of the teams during the different steps of the activities from the collection of the on-demand requests to the approval and the monitoring of the results is key to guarantee the timing and the achievement of the results. The phase in which the data steward will be called to manage both cleansing and deduplication will be with a high effort and this corporate role will support the regions for these activities Monitor the progression of the results and highlight opportunities of improvements in data quality processes.
