Role Mission The REGIONAL MEDIA INSIGHTS ANALYST is responsible for gathering, preparing and developing actionable media insights, brand studies and research by partnering with channel experts and executives at all levels. Job Description Responsibilities Support the Global and Regional Media teams in preparation of all internal qualitative and quantitative media and business analyses Data collection from in-house tech stack and from relevant external partners Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments and functions to identify the different business drivers and develop full-funnel, omnichannel insights Analyze the market trends, competitive landscape, audience behaviour, advertising effectiveness against business performances and results by leveraging proven statistical and scientific methodologies Create data visualizations and storytelling via dashboards, charts, slides, etc. Communicate effectively and present the findings to key stakeholders and decision-makers to support strategy development and budget optimization Manage internal distribution of analyses and reports to the relevant stakeholders Monitor the data trends and buildability to spot key learnings and potential issues Scout new measurement tools, partners, solutions and opportunities Provide on-going support in data quality management Key Requirements Background in Marketing, Consulting, Statistics or Market Research (job or education) Solid experience in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.), statistical tools or cloud-based data analysis solutions Prior experience in media platforms (GMP, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, social media platforms, etc.) Prior experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker Studio) Data analysis languages such as SQL, Python, R, etc. is a plus Passion for luxury and digital industry Fluent in English Gucci is committed to building a diverse workforce.
