We are looking for a talented luxury retail top seller who want to take the step of its career and join our Edinburgh Harvey Nichols team as Senior Client Advisor.

Your role is about offering every customer a unique experience and turning their dreams into a Gucci creation. You will make a real difference for each of our clients.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities

• Provide exceptional customer service experience demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of Gucci history and heritage
• Guarantee cross and up-selling for all product categories
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers, deal with different nationalities and personalities and always put the customers at ease
• Ensure qualitative monitoring and updating of customer information
• Support the management in leading the selling team to ensure the achievement of store goals, enhancing and developing the business
• Foster open and constructive communication with team members, being always collaborative and proposing effective solutions

Key Requirements

• Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and team result
• Excellent commercial awareness, ability to adapt to different customers
• Team-player mentality, strong communication skills
• Knowledge and ability to build and maintain a client book
• Ability to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment
• Fluent in English, any additional languages would be a plus
