Hybrid Agency : Havas Media Group Job Description Summary : The Head of Analytics & CRO is responsible for overseeing strategic and technical implementation projects delivered by our data consulting teams. S/He is responsible for using technology and data to deliver insights and action which drive business improvements and increase digital marketing ROI. S/He is responsible for the day to day management and success of the Data Analytics unit in her/his country. Job Description : Job responsabilities Be responsible for the day to day management and success of the Data Analytics & CRO activities Manage the income and delivery of all revenue Build relationships and work with Havas Village agency brands as well as in the wider market landscape to identify client challenges and propose solutions which can be delivered by the team Manage and grow the sales pipeline Lead a team – ensure their motivation, organization and productivity Be responsible for the management and performance of various partner relationships as well as the identification of future possible vendors Ensure that clients are continuously amazed with our output and that project delivery is in line with client expectations, the original proposal, contract and Statement of Work Propose, design and oversee strategic projects for key clients focusing on digital transformation and data activation Qualifications & Languages Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Management or Technical, Engineering field Languages: English (Advanced) Previous experience & Industry background 15 years of experience in digital, analytics or marketing technologies Media, Data, Adtech, Martech, Brand, Consultancy Soft skills & Competencies Analytics Marketing technologies Advertising technologies Digital marketing Creating value propositions around technology and data solutions Digital transformation Customer orientation Commercially minded Business acumen Negotiation Communication Team management Leadership Technical skills Advertising technologies (i.e. Google stack: GA-Premium, BigQuery, GTM, DoubleClick; Tag and Data Management: TMS, DMP platforms) Marketing technologies (i.e. Adobe Marketing Cloud: Analytics, DTM, Audience Manager, Target) Programming languages (i.e. JavaScript, HTML, Python, SQL) Office softwares Skills : Data Solutions, Digital Analytics, Technology Marketing Contract Type : Permanent Here at Havas across the group we pride ourselves on being committed to offering equal opportunities to all potential employees and have zero tolerance for discrimination.
