Massimiliano, our Chief Revenue Officer, is looking for a Head of Sales Enablement based out of one of our European offices (Milan, Paris or Barcelona), following an hybrid work model. As our first Head of Sales Enablement you will seek to improve the overall performance and individual productivity of the sales team. You will ensure the sales team has the right Enablement, support, systems and resources to perform effectively and efficiently, to improve sales results and increase revenue. You will: Create a well structured onboarding process for colleagues coming into the sales team. Create from scratch the Scalapay Academy – this will be the first training academy within Scalapay that will help our sales and marketing colleagues grow and thrive within the company. Understand the needs of the Sales team – analyze what is needed and by whom, from there you will design a roadmap of all the activities to bring forward. Training and Enablement Sessions – you will not only create training programs for the sales and marketing teams but will create best practice sessions, role plays and other one to one activities. Work closely with our Head of Talent and the rest of the People Team creating training material that can be used by many colleagues.
