We are looking for a Head of Enterprise Market , who will have the exciting opportunity to power the digital transformation of the financial services industry and of our clients. Your responsibilities will include building and managing a highly talented sales team focused on driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration in Enterprise market. The ideal candidate will possess a sales management background that enables them to lead a team of senior enterprise sales representatives with engagements at the C-suite level. Learn more at viva.com What you will do The leader in this role is responsible for developing a business sales team consisting of highly successful, productive sales representatives capable of exceeding company revenue expectations as well as maintaining a high level of customer obsession. This position requires a strong, organized, business focused integrity centered leader who possesses expert knowledge in Banking & fintech commercial sales marketplace. More specifically, you will: Ensure customer satisfaction; Drive revenue and market share in a defined region; Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets; Hire and build out an enterprise sales team; Develop and execute a regional sales plan; Accelerate customer adoption; Maintain a robust sales pipeline; Manage contract negotiations; Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts. Requirements Several years of experience in Fintech industry, IT sales, business development, or consulting and at least 5 years in the management of a sales team; Direct field & management experience of SMB accounts; Consistently exceeded quota and key performance metrics; Ability to engage and influence C-level executives & stakeholders; Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences; Technical understanding in the areas of payment services, web services and business software; BA/BS degree (Master or MBA will be considered as a plus); Strong verbal and written communications skills in Italian and English. Nice to Have A technical background in computer science, (e.g., MIS degree); Direct field & management experience in working with Commercial accounts; Extensive customer network in Enterprise Market; Strong leadership skills, outcome-oriented thinking.
