Job Description A fantastic opportunity to lead a dynamic team, developing industry-leading marketing activation and making more kids and adults fall in love with LEGO ® in Italy Core Responsibilities People & Team Development: embed and sustain a culture of collaboration & motivation within a high performing Italian marketing team. Leading a team of 15 employees across brand management, digital, trade marketing, brand relations and events. Support team capability building and talent development through targeted development plans, feedback, ongoing coaching & sparring. Planning & Execution of the Italy Marketing Strategy: delivery of market share and active consumer objectives through ‘Through the Line’ marketing activation that uniquely resonates with Italian consumers & shoppers, while consistent with the global brand framework, and WE region commercial plan. Improve equity, awareness and desire for the LEGO® brand in the Italy growing advocacy, engagement and lifetime value. Create an agile marketing culture that acts on insights and responds fast to changing market dynamics. Oversee P&L for the department: set & manage Marketing expenses in line with targets and trackable return on investment. Member of the Italian Leadership Team (LT). Represent Italy in the Western Europe Marketing Forum (WEMF) to drive pan-Euro collaboration, best practice sharing and address Western Europe-specific opportunities & issues. Champion for our BU Digital Transformation journey: this role is at the forefront of emerging Digital and Marketing trends keeping the brand a front runner for Marketing innovation and execution in Italy. Highly skilled in Digital Marketing and eCommerce, agency management, Marketing optimization and maximizing owned, earned and shared opportunities. Proven success in leading and developing a team. The candidate will be an inspiring, energetic leader who has a passion for brands and leads by example. Strong track record in driving meaningful innovation.
