Head of Marketing

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to manage all marketing operations of the company and actively drive the development and implementation of Up2You’s marketing strategy and vision.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Marketing will have autonomy in managing the marketing team, budget and strategy. He/she will also take part in the leadership team meetings, interacting with other managers to discuss and define the company strategy.

In your typical day, you will:

• Manage a cross-functional marketing team, setting its goals and objectives to support the company’s strategy and growth;
• Define our marketing and growth strategies and oversee their implementation;
• Identify marketing opportunities by analysing, monitoring and supervising the market and its trends;
• Actively engage with other teams and managers to ensure that objectives are met;
• Drive and develop marketing campaigns and analyse their efficiency and success;
• Supervise the implementation of communication plans to drive the brand message;
• Manage the marketing budget with full autonomy.

We are specifically looking for you if you have:

• 5+ years of marketing experience
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, managing a marketing team
• B2B experience
• Experience with digital products or services
• Italian: mothertongue or C2 minimum
• Strong analytical skills
• A tendency toward testing and experimenting
• A propensity to take risks

Nice to have:

• English fluent (C1)
• Passion for sustainability
• Experience and interest in working in a startup and fast-paced environment
• Experience with Hubspot
