Here’s how to make an impact: Support in collaboration with Regional Division Leader and Sales Team, pre-kick off and post-launch development of specific selected projects like new 360 Coding, early adopters selection for Cloud Grouping (AWS – Hosted CGS), pilot case for MModal Clinical solution. Develop projects to deliver service packages including formation, training, and consultancy to be agreed and proposed with Marketing&Sales Team during either pre or post sales process to existing and new customers Coordinating the project-based activities of existing Clinical Consultant network and eventually expanding it depending on business and market requirements With the support of Regional Division Leader and Marketing, engage or expand further relationship with selected industry stakeholder segment like KPMG, PWK, SDA Bocconi, and others to generate new projects also considering new business model and wat to market Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: A Bachelor level university degree (Master’s degree is preferred) preferably in the healthcare sector Proven Project Management capabilities Sales/Technical experience of at least 5 years in similar role Ability to interact with customers in the private and in the public sectors Listening attitude and capability to build relationship at Top Management level Italian mother tongue and good English, spoken and written Capable to work in Team, target oriented, driven by priorities Willingness to learn and to be onboard quickly in the HIS industry Specifically, the following qualifications are also considered MUST to succeed in this role: Solid software background in the hospital market (OS Linux and Windows) AWS web services knowledge Proven clinical competences and IT skills (Database: MS Access, SQL Server, Oracle) Proven knowledge of the International classification systems for Diagnoses and Procedures Previous experience in Consultancy market may be preferred Supporting Your Well-being 3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
