If you want to be part of our family, if you like a dynamic and challenging environment, if you are looking for a company in which you can grow professionally: Apply now About the job The Contract Manager will be responsible for maximizing opportunities in the assigned area in Italy through effective sourcing of hotel inventory and ownership of all aspects of the commercial relationship. The role is based in our head office in Rimini. In this role you will get to: Identify, qualify, and contact potential hotel partners of the assigned area in Italy. Coordinate contracting process with new Hotels and contract renewal with existing partners Account management: ensure last room availability and pricing competitiveness Evaluate production and determine optimization possibilities with follow up action Take part in meetings with hotel partners (on site) Attend trade fairs Liaise with the hotel Data Entry Department for all aspect related to supplier data and availability monitoring Provide Hotels with training of Extranet distribution system Manage weekly and monthly internal reports Liaise with Finance and Operations Departments What you will need to succeed: Italian mother tongue with fluency in English Proven negotiation experience A portfolio of existing hotel contacts is an advantage Required Account Management experience Experience in the Hospitality and / or Travel industry is an advantage Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking are also required What we offer: Extensive Training programme Flexible working hours Economic compensation based on individual experience and qualifications Full Time job based in our Head office in Rimini 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday Young and dynamic enviroment Opportunities for professional growth Brand new office with large relax room and brand new kitchen External garden and large parking area Italcamel is committed to creating an inclusive work environment.
