Relais Roncolo 1888 is your new luxury boutique relais in Emilia, a home away from home in the countryside at the heart of Italy’s Food Valley and Motor Valley. A sustainable borgo set in the green hills of the 130 hectare eco-estate Tenuta di Roncolo – Venturini Baldini, this small relais features 17 beautiful bedrooms and suites of varying sizes, a restaurant in our historic greenhouse, a lounge room with bar, as well as a swimming pool, small spa and pool bar. Launched in 2022, Relais Roncolo about discreet luxury in an oasis of tranquility in a sustainable estate, quickly becoming the go-to-destination for travelers visiting Emilia, as well as for smaller corporate and private events. We are now looking for a General Manager to join our team and play a critical role in successfully leading the hotel, restaurant and bar. Reporting to the owner and CEO, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the operations and team, as well as help shaping the strategy of a young, dynamic property.
