Keen to further empower our team by onboarding more talent, we’re looking to hire an HR Administrator for ourplant in Vignola, Modena . The role is responsible to overlook HR related tasks of core HR management from staffing, payroll and administration (in collaboration with external payroll provider) to recruitment processes, employee benefit administration, new employee orientation and on-boarding. Key activities and responsibilities of this role include: Payroll & HR Operations Administration Provide administrative HR support for the full employee’s lifecycle (hiring practices, terminations, level changes, job changes, mandatory communications to employment offices etc) Maintain the accuracy of HR systems data though monthly checks Ensure times and absences management for payroll preparatio n Maintain all employee files as legally required Support employees on administrative related topics Provide HR monthly reports and elaborate HR KPIs Recruitment, Training and Development Administer the execution of recruitment cycle, including but not limited to advertising vacancies, screening, arranging interviews and prepare job offers Support the on boarding process for new employees Collect the training needs, organize local training and keep updated the internal training & development records with respect of Group procedures Provide assistance in monitoring employee performance appraisals Create and update organizational charts and job profiles/roles BSc. degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or Economics Relevant working experience of minimum 3 years ideally within an industrial/manufacturing environment Knowledge of Italian labor law and CCNL Metalmeccanico Good Knowledge of Zucchetti system Good knowledge of Office, in particular excel Good interpersonal skills, empathetic with the ability of flexible approach to different internal decision makers Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize regularly Fluent in both Italian and English (oral and written) J-18808-Ljbffr
