Luogo di lavoro: Milano Our Client is an Italian organization leader in the distribution of chemical products for the Italian market now belonging to an North European international Group. Role A senior HR professional/specialist, with full command of people&culture topics but with a solid direct and operative HR daily management approach; with a sound expertise in mid-size local branch and ready to manage both a sales and a warehouse (small) organizations close to merge themselves and to be further integrated within an international headquarter. Main responsibilities: HR department set up; HR processes fine tuning/ optimization: Ensure an advisory service to employees on all HR matters; 2 legal entities/cultures merge and group’s integration; Coordinate the processes within the employee life cycle such as onboarding, internal mobility, promotions, change of hours, salary increases or off-boarding; Manage the year-end process which includes advising managers on meritocracy and differentiation, performance evaluations, salary reviews and bonus planning; Support the recruitment team in hiring processes across the assigned area; Analyze Human Resources key metrics, utilizing data for continuous process improvements; Manage disciplinary actions and litigations; Lead HR Administration and Pay roll; Lead the management of general services stuff related to Italy headquarters. Requirements International managerial training is a nice to have; Minimum 10 years of total experience, 3 Years of experience in a similar role; HR Management and Employee Relations experience in the industrial operations sector; At least one important experience in a branch of a (european) multinational company with a headquarter abroad; Substantial experience of leading, communicating, advising and consulting at Executive level, with trade unions and third party providers; Experience in processes’organization/ change management; Fluent in English and Italian, both written and oral command; further languages knowledges are nice to have (German); Confidence and ability to conduct difficult and sensitive conversations with managers and employees, both face-to-face and over the phone, showing compassion and empathy; Ability to work on own initiative and manage own time effectively; Team orientated, flexible and enthusiastic with a can-do approach; Excellent standard of report writing and verbal skills; Demonstrate strong communication skills and influencing capabilities in a international matrix organisation, with a parent company and head quarter abroad.
