If you want to know more about us, give a look here: www.satispay.com Join us as a HR BUSINESS PARTNER What you will be doing As an HR Business Partner you will work closely with teams, managers and key stakeholders to help build organisation and people capability, and shape and implement effective people strategies and activities within the organisation. You will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units, building fruitful partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organisation. In particular, you will: Consult management on a regular basis providing guidance regarding people matters (eg. workforce planning, succession planning, team restructuring) Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals providing HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, compensation, and organisational development Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of our business Analyse and interpret various types of employee reports and market metrics (e.g., compensation, job levels, and attrition) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues by conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations liaising with the whole HR/People and Legal teams Keep yourself updated on labour law matters, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance, partnering with the legal department as needed Work on value-added programs in areas of training, development, benefits, career mobility, promotions, and job performance. What we need We are looking for a senior HR professional to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results. Our Ideal candidate has: Solid experience in companies operating in a multi-country environment; any experience in business that went through scale-up/fast-growing or intensive-hiring phases will be considered a strong plus A “start before you need” approach to work combined with a great analytical mindset High motivation, goal orientation and target-driven approach Exceptional time management skills and creativity to find alternative solutions to ordinary problems; A data-driven approach, you have experience using data to support decisions such as resource forecasting, capacity planning and driving efficiency; Thorough knowledge of labour legislation Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices Logistic & Salary The role is based in Milan with a hybrid work policy.
