Your Role As a HR Business Partner with a focus on warehouses at KuehneNagel, you will be reporting to the Senior HRBP and play a vital role in supporting our HR function and our logistics teams. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that HR initiatives and practices align with the goals of our contract logistics business, while also providing support in labor relations matters. Your Responsibilities Business partnering – Partnering with contract logistics managers and employees to understand their specific HR needs and provide tailored HR solutions and guidance. – Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures, and assist in resolving workplace issues. – Serve as a trusted advisor, wielding influence over decisions that shape our people, organization, culture, and, in turn, our business outcomes. Labour relations – Manage employee relations matters and navigate relationships with Unions and Workers’ Councils, while proactively preventing and managing potential litigation. – Champion compliance and provide invaluable internal advisory services to safeguard our organization’s integrity. Culture enablement – Drive Talent Management and People Development processes, nurturing talent and cultivating a culture of growth and engagement. – Ensure the effective deployment of our compensation strategy, aligning it with our business objectives. – Foster change management and engagement at all levels of the organization, driving our cultural evolution forward. Your Skills and Experiences Bachelor’s degree.
