Job Description The mission For our next stage of growth in Italy (the 1 revenue contributor among our 13 markets), we are looking for a strong people leader to work with the country leadership team to translate organizational and business priorities into People initiatives with metrics to support and track success. The role You will be joining our global People Experience (Px) team, reporting to Luca Puccioni , Founder and CEO of MioDottore, and Lucek Samulowski , Co-Founder and Chief People Officer of Docplanner Group, to work with the Italian leaders and global Px leadership to define people priorities that align with the experience we want to create for our people, level up with our Talent Acquisition team and work with the business on bringing the right people on board, and drive business goal delivery. This is a hybrid role based in Rome. What you will do Provide business insight to Px, and Px insight to business, with a specific focus on delivering measurable results Own the employee lifecycle and People practices for talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, people development, total rewards, HR admin and payroll Work with global peers in Px and business to co-design the right people products/initiatives that create the environment and opportunity for our people to excel Provide coaching to all levels of leadership on goal alignment, people experience and company culture Provide knowledge and understanding of employment-related laws and regulations. Partner with Legal to maintain compliance in all matters of employment and stay current on regulatory, market, and practice changes and trends. Provide communication models and direction setting to ensure alignment throughout the Italian organization Lead, develop and retain the Italian Px team Key objectives Work with leaders to identify, attract and develop talent and succession allowing for future capability needs and opportunity whilst balancing business risks Lead our talent acquisition with the team , scaling the Italian org from approx. 400 now to 500 Provide development for managers on how to facilitate team reviews, set goals, measure results and how to ensure cascade and exchange of information Build insight in how our people feel and what’s important to them – and develop programs to impact gaps and build on strengths (Officevibe and others) Design and deliver effective – while scalable and flexible – people processes and policies (on- and off-boarding, mobility, compensation, promotions, etc.) With your Px team and other functions, create a seamless and delightful employee experience Qualifications What will help you succeed Track record driving employee engagement and culture Building or applying people metrics that drive people and business decisions Introducing and rolling out HR automation and adjusting systems and processes Working knowledge of multiple people experience areas, including talent acquisition and retention, compensation, organisational diagnosis, performance management and employment laws Demonstrated experience in change management best practices Large-scale TA and recruiting experience with large volumes (ideally related to commercial functions like sales, customer success) Working knowledge of employment and regulatory law and HR market practices in Italy Fluency in Italian and English Expertise in leading one of the functional people experience areas is a plus Ideally, People experience in organizations with sizable sales teams Strong people development skills: ability to mentor others on craft, process and leadership The attributes we are looking for Solid metrics thinking, operational and problem-solving skill with bias for action: Identify root causes of complex problems; Clear strategy, tactics, operations in place; Data drives your decisions Proactive in building and executing action plans : Fast pace to explore growth opportunities; Creative – from concept to output Empathetic, hands on : Working with people as a Partner; Gaining trust and being close to people to solve problems A digital company scaling experience, scaler : You understand the environment of a global, growing organization; Mindset of building for scale with a data-driven approach to people Product Manager Mindset towards People: Solve problems in ways our users and teams love, yet work for our business ; Focus on measured outcomes Gravitas, powerful communication, senior leadership – Team leadership with regard to attracting, developing and retaining great talent Additional Information The process (preliminary outline) Intro call with Jenny / Ryan from Global Executive Recruiting team Interview with Luca – MioDottore CEO & Founder Interview with Lucek – Docplanner Chief People Officer & Co-Founder Business case meeting Meet the team in our Rome office Offer Summary Type: Full-time Function: Human Resources
