Job Description Parker Aerospace Group (North America) is seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Leader to join our Parker Gas Turbine Fuel Systems HR team located in Naples, Florida. This individual role will support a population of 95-100 employees. This human resources role will be responsible for developing, managing, coordinating, and administering HR programs across the span of HR areas with limited supervision. JOB Responsibilities: Interfaces with functional and operational leaders on openings Reviews resumes and creates candidate pools Develops interview and selection process Creates recommendations for offers Partners with functional and operational leaders to complete performance management and talent management cycle Ensures consistent application of practices Develop and administer local training Work with managers to identify the best utilization of corporate-sponsored training Ensure managers and employees complete development plans Address complex and varied questions and concerns by managers and employees Responsible for challenging employee grievances Administer the annual merit process Address questions on compensation and benefits Conduct reporting and analytics, as needed Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources is required; a Masters degree is preferred Minimum years of experience: 6 years of experience in a Human Resources role Experience in the manufacturing environment is a plus PHR, SPHR, or Human Resources Management Certification a plus Required Skills and Qualifications : Experience in employment engagement Experience in recruiting hourly workers Sound administrative skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a timely and efficient manner and anticipating critical deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of employees and management Excellent PC skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) Demonstrated knowledge of HRIS systems and other related programs Demonstrated current knowledge of employment law, industry trends, new developments, and state and federal statutes regulating human resources functions Understanding of confidentiality within the HR department Ability to lead a team or group of people in a constructive, productive, and fair manner Problem-solving, flexibility, and prioritization skills are required, ability to think outside the box and apply creative solutions to ongoing problems. Ability to work independently and use judgment to resolve both routine and non-routine issues Work Authorization: This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required.
