HR Learning&Development Assistant

The opportunity is addresses to a person interested and willing to learn and grow in a global L&D environment. The resource will be part of the Group HR L&D Department and he/she will support the colleagues in the organization and administration of the training & development activities at Global level. Main Activities And Responsibilities Provides assistance in all the steps of the projects connected to Learning initiatives (organization, pre and post training activites) Organizes, develops and prepares training manuals, guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials Maintains records of course attendance, participants, evaluations, and costs associated with training and logistics Provides assistance in all the steps of the projects connected to Development initiatives at global level (presentations, data collection and analysis) Support data maintenance of the HR systems Monitor the best practices adopted in the regions and collaborate with Global HR Team Control and use of training funds (Fondimpresa, Fondirigenti, Fondo Nuove Competenze) Bring new ideas, concepts, models to enrich our L&D approach Key Requirements & Competencies Interested in learning and working in a Global and multicultural L&D environment Minimum 1 year of experience in the role Knowledge of Fondimpresa, Fondirigenti, Fondo Nuove Competenze dynamics Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Team player, self-motivated, proactive Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Knowledge of SuccessFactor tool Excellent knowledge of English Language Type of Contract: Fix Term 1 Year with opportunity to Permanent Employment Location: Italy, Milan Livello di anzianità Esperienza minima Tipo di impiego Funzione lavorativa Settori Vendita al dettaglio di abbigliamento e moda e Vendita al dettaglio di beni di lusso e gioielli Le referenze raddoppiano le tue probabilità di ottenere un colloquio presso DOLCE&GABBANA Ricevi avvisi per le nuove offerte di lavoro per Assistente risorse umane in Milano .
