HS&E Specialist

Coca Cola – You will support the HS&E Manager Plant and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met.

Participate all the HSE activities, processes, communications and team in line with the company’s HSE policies and procedures to ensure the desired level of safety, health and environment standards in the respective location; area, plant operations or projects.

To support the successfully achievement and maintaining the ISO 14001 & 45001 certifications, CCHBCI requirement and others certifications (AWS).  To support the continuous improvement and delivering of the HS&E performances & culture.

Your new key responsibilities:

• Provide support to the dept on the implementation of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 certifications and CCHBCI requirement.
• To support the continuous improvement of S&E culture
• Working with operating staff at Country and Corporate level to establish/update procedures,  standards and systems and supplying the proper feedback.
• Support the HSE Manager with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met.
• Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues.
• Ensure training, meetings are implemented as part of the company’s HSE training program.
• Investigate and complete the process for close out of all Accident Invstigation Reports in collaboration with the HS&E Manager Plant
• Track and provide regular HSE performance reporting.
• Assist the development of project specific HSE procedures
• Conduct HSE trainings and orientation to all new employees.
• Contractors management – verifying H&S documentations, in collaboration with HS&E Manager Plant writing DUVRI and H&S coordination minute
• Supervision and coordination of HSE activities and operation, defining operative instructions

Are these your secret ingredients?

• Master’s degree in engineering, with specialization in QHSE ore related discipline
• Mod. A-B RSPP, MOD. C, is a plus
• Minimum 1 years of S&S experience
• Knowledge ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, HSE management systems is highly preferred
• Problem solving skills
• Fluent English knowledge
