The HR Account Manager will be PPEOITALY first point of contact for our existing and new clients and partners. The person will be answering client’s queries via e-mail and by phone providing them with the support and assistance needed. He or She will also liaise with internal departments to guarantee a fluid and efficient communication with our external partners and clients. Enthusiastic about taking on new challenges and working in a fast-paced environment. Highly organized and able to work both in team and independently. And You have A previous proven experience of AT LEAST 2 years workign for an employment agemcy A previous proven experience with Italian HR & Payroll A detail-oriented mindset and a problem-solving attitude Fluent knowledge English – written and spoken. Knowledge of the labour law matter in Italy is considered a plus. Then, You will Develop strong client relationships with project management. Be the client first point of contact. Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain the service value. Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect. Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfilment. Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes. Identifying industry trends. Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience. Collect, organize, and process documents, such as non-disclosure contracts and agreements. Help the HR team creating contract drafts and policies. Perform company presentations and demos. Hosting onboarding sessions. Guide the newly hired employees about how to use the company HR software and policies. Creating clear policies and employee handbooks that explain company operations. Answer questions from new hires about their contracts and salary. Providing reporting and project updates to team lead and/or senior management. Prioritizing and managing workload to meet critical deadlines. Acting as a subject matter expert and making recommendations on how to improve process efficiency.
