IDENTITY ACCESS MANAGEMENT GOVERNANCE SPECIALIST The incumbent would be part of ISO Protection and Resilience team of Allianz Italy and would be required to provide knowledge and support across the governance of Information Security topics, in particular on Identity Access Management (IAM). The main individual’s key responsibilities (as part of a team) are listed below. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support the correct roll-out and implementation of the Identity Access Management Operating Model in the OE in alignment with Group IAM Governance. Project management includes prioritization of activities, defining objectives, milestones, prepare and submit status and progress reporting and overall ensure successful on-time implementation and deployment. Provide expertise around local regulation regarding Identity Access Management Contribute to ensure the correct design and configuration of the local Identity Access Management Tools Interact with OE Risk, Audit and External Audit to ensure IAM Model is maintained correctly and in line with local regulatory requirements Manage and orchestrate actions resulting from audits Formulate business requirements related to IAM tool and interact with the internal tech provider counterparts Write, review and challenge Identity Access Management policies, standards and processes across the company to support business, strategic, security and regulatory needs. Monitor IAM operations executing timely recertification, attestation, SoD violations, escalations and review of authorization concepts. Contribute to the TPCRM (third party cyber risk management) process KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Degree-level education: Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or equivalent Experience with a variety of IT security and related concepts or technologies (e.g. SSO, ADFS, MFA, Privilege Access Management, etc) of at least 3 years. Knowledge of main IS standards and framework (e.g. ISO27001, NIST, COBIT, etc.) Excellent understanding of IT security and risk management Knowledge of relevant IAM concepts (authentication, authorization, RBAC, SOD, etc) Knowledge of IAM Governance topics and IAM-related risk management policies, requirements and procedures Experience in managing complex international projects (PM/PMO role) focused on the adoption of technical solutions and/or in security projects would be a plus Knowledge of relevant IAM tooling (e.g. One Identity) would be a plus Master in Cybersecurity or equivalent would be a plus Certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CISA) would be a plus Experience in designing, implementing, and managing Enterprise Identity and Access Management programs would be a plus Experience in identifying, analyzing and monitoring remediations of cyber risks related to third parties would be a plus Ability and willingness to work independently in a multicultural and interregional environment and to work effectively and proactively as part of a team Advanced problem solving, analytical and communication skills Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken 32827 | IT & Tech Engineering | Professional | Non-Executive | Allianz Italy | Full-Time | Permanent Allianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
