IMI CIB – GM Trading – Senior Trader on Swaps Desk Being focused on trading on Euro swap curves. Assist the Head of the Desk in its management. Provide back up pricing for Usd and Gbp swap curves. Ability to liase with Sales Force. Be presentable and keen to engage/meet clients. Required experience Minimum 10-year experience of trading of which at least 5 years market making. Understand Euro derivatives and/or Macro themes and translate into trading strategies. Experience can be from Buy or Sell side. Strong plus to have experience of associated derivatives for 1 or 2 asset classes. Proven track record in generating revenues from Client Flows & a plus to have Proprietary ability. Ability to nurture junior talent at ISP. Keen to participate in ISP further roll out of franchise build. Relevant Regulatory approvals to trade. Would be advantageous to have additional language speaking skills in addition to English. Team player. Ability to work in pressurised environment. Required qualifications, skills and knowledge Degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a quantitative discipline from reputable institution. Proven experience in Market Making for clients and/or Proprietary trading. Capability to work in a team focused on building & maintain client driven franchise. Ability to generate trade ideas. Be comfortable with Euro swap trading knowledge and pricing dynamics. Able to look at tail hedge analysis. Disciplined VaR/Risk Positions taking. Adhere to compliance guidelines and framework.
