It is looking for new qualify profiles who want to face demanding and challenging career path with the following requirements: IMICIBWO Scope and Purpose Responsible for performing daily reconciliation and internal controls on identified Key Risk / Performance Indicators between the front and back-office systems. Responsible for the preparation and circulation of monthly internal checks for Operational Risk reporting. Responsible for the input, update, reporting, and follow-up on all operational risk events and associated criticalities. Responsible for the preparation of quarterly reporting of operational risk events and op risk universe to Risk Committee Responsible for the preparation of the annual Scenario Analysis and Business Evaluation Environment (Internal Controls) process on Operational Risk and processing of the calculation of capital absorption. Responsible for the preparation and delivery of Operational Risk training to staff as required. Responsible for the local implementation and adoption of group operational risk policies, procedures, and implementation guidelines. Required Experience • Knowledge of corporate banking and/or financial services; • Basic knowledge of organizational infrastructure, including front to back-office systems; • Ideally some experience of gap analysis and internal controls systems. Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge Relevant university degree (Finance; Business Administration; etc.) Advanced knowledge of MS applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.) is necessary. Working knowledge of VBA (or some programming competency) is strongly preferred.
