Industrial IT Expert

Responsible for the availability, continuity, capacity and security of the Industrial IT infrastructure Manage system security operations acting on the firewall infrastructure Manage the proactive monitoring, maintenance, resolution and recovery of our technical industrial environment Support project proposals and estimation including tech specifications and requirements Project manage, implement and report on Kering IT initiatives in the industrial scope Create and maintain tech documentation and infrastructure catalogues Act as entry point for the brands as IoT and Automation specialist in the industrial area Collaborating and coordinating with the brands for the deployment of new technologies for the industry 4.0 Update stakeholders on key solutions and services evolutions Collaborate with the rest of the IT team to realise technical solutions Manage and provide direct users support by handling Help Desk or Service desk escalations Report on service management levels Review externally supplied services with third parties Safeguard our assets by planning disaster recovery and maintaining backup solutions Perform change management Required Skills/Qualifications Security device management (e.g. Firewall) Automation and IoT services management Knowledge of networks, cloud computing and IoT services Analyse network data (e.g. network usage) to ensure service availability and performance, in line with Kering business needs. Identify and solve network problems; Identify the causes of IT infrastructure problems, using diagnostic software and equipment.
