Location: Milan, Turin, Rome. Your Challenges Joining our Industry X team of experts, You will help creating an end2end client experience on operations processes, solutions, products. As a Delivery Lead for delivery of manufacturing systems, the following are some of the expected capabilities: Knowledge and experience of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Manufacturing Operation Management (MOM) and/or other manufacturing systems (including but not limited to production scheduling and control, quality management systems and shop floor automation); Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team, collaborating with stakeholders, developers, and other Delivery Leads to develop and coordinate release plans and ensure smooth and efficient delivery of the manufactured system; Demonstrated leadership, management, and interpersonal skills that enable effective communication, planning, organizing and prioritizing, coaching and developing team members, and facilitating conflict resolution; Strong stakeholder management skills, where they can build and maintain positive relationships with business owners, customers, and third-party vendors, and able to effectively report on project status, risks, and opportunities; Understanding of Agile principles, practices and frameworks with the ability to select and apply the appropriate Agile methodology based on the situation at hand is a plus; Experience in leading and managing the delivery of multiple software development projects using Agile methodologies specifically in the manufacturing space is a plus.
